Positive affirmations have been around for some time as a tool for improvement. In the early self-help authors have discussed this technique as a means of shaping the outcomes in your life positively. Napoleon Hill called "auto". Joe Karbo known as "Dyna / Psych". But they spoke essentially the same thing.
