Let me start by saying that I believe sincerely Cross Zippo lighters and pens and pencils are the best products of its kind in the world today. I know there are more expensive products out there with the most elegant designs, but for my money and Zippo Cruz. Now let me explain why. I liked these products for over thirty years and since that time I learned that as good and sustainable, as these are, inevitably experience normal wear, in need of repair. In this era of disposable products, our first instinct is to simply Disposing of these products and purchase new, but both companies offer lifetime warranties that are behind it. And I took their offer of products repair in more than once, no questions asked. Every time I send my pen and lighters and pencil sets, returning and new, and everything you pay the postage to ship the products to them.

It is comforting to know that there are still companies out there who stand behind their products through thick and thin, a rarity in today's throwaway society. Some people think the collateral is more practical to implement more, it's cheaper than buying a new lighter or a pen. What these people do not realize is that the lifetime warranty to customers for life, that I as consumers develop loyalty to products, not only by the appearance and work, but because they know that the seller is willing to maintain their products. This gives a sense of confidence in consumption which leads to loyalty and repeat business. Not only are guaranteed for life a good deal, I can not imagine why there are companies that do no more with similar products offered by the support.

Understanding this, Zippo and Cruz are also popular. If all the world to return their lighters and pens for repair firms and flooding that could cost them millions. But do most people tend to dispose of these products and buy new ones instead. Thus, Despite generous offer a lifetime warranty, however, recognize that only a fraction of their customers actually occupy in the tender. It's nice to know that there still companies in the United States who understands what customer service and the effect it has on the bottom line of a company.
