Why customers stop buying from direct sales consultants

After 7 years of loyalty to buy the same batch of trees fruit, I promised in December not to buy this farm again. The reason I made the decision is actually the same reason, many Satisfied customers are a business will go elsewhere. The reason is the indifference of society.

Here's an interesting point about the reasons customers stop buying you and take their business elsewhere:

- 4% believe that pricing is unfair. Not given enough "value" reasons remain. (Check it was only 4% left for the price. That alone should convince you that a good sale is what keeps most customers through!)

- 9% of those no longer be served. They move from its location, move, or as their needs change (obviously can not prevent it).

- 12% are disappointed by the company owners (mostly business and entrepreneurs is reason # 1).

-- 16% to accept a competitive offer. You're not there, but his competition is! (Visibility is key)

(Hear the beat drum!) - 55% of customers taking their business elsewhere due to "indifference Company" or "no contact." (In other words, over half of its customers leave because they show no interest in keeping them all!)

In introducing the last two reasons (a competitive offer for the company and indifference) found that 71% of lost customers really value and / or your business and not take their business elsewhere because they feel they are appreciated.

And what happens is that the case is perfect!

I you do not always own fake Christmas trees. In 10 years living in Oregon, I was spoiled. Each year, the day after Thanksgiving, our family had a very romantic drive in the hills of one of our favorite tree farm (we had a couple of favorites to choose from) and cut our Christmas tree for the season.

We built all that mini traditions that I could write a book instead of an article. Suffice to say that this is a great disappointment when he moved to Phoenix, Arizona, where trees in the parking lots of grocery are closest to a plantation of trees, you can find.

Our first year in Arizona, I felt more disappointment than excitement the day he was to find a tree. Just when I thought I ought to buy another farm (and an important point here is that I do not want to do that), I saw the sign one day we were at the center, 5 miles south of its previous location! Now, I'll help you understand what it means here in the 5th largest city in the United States. 1 to 2 miles from my house there are 4 lots of trees during the holiday season. Less than 3 miles, there are 8. Imagine the number of under 5 miles. Get the picture? Much of the competition!

I do not understand why farmers a year, my favorite tree I needed to know their location, more than ever, there was, until his arrival on the lot. My favorite farmers were there. Obviously had hired most of its activities to another person. When I explained to the new people I was lucky to find, because I had not received annual postal service, he apologized and offered me a discount of 10% I used received.

The sixth year I have not received a postcard in the mail, but I found my favorite big tree located right next to our favorite café in private. This time, I found another partner, management batch last year. When they said they had not received a card this year, I was told they now sent the e-mail alerts and we can print the coupon. Hmmm. I began to feel like a lover shaken but because of years of good experiences, I wanted to give them another chance (another key), filling the book "new" and providing my email address so they can communicate with me next year ... Which brings us to the 2007 season.

I received a postcard made this year? Of course not. How about that email? No. I, however, are again located near my favorite coffee. This time, when asked about Why have I received a postcard or an e-mail, the gentleman (a very new again) told me that other have mentioned the same thing, but he did not know.

You know the decision I made that day. And why did was because I did not tree farm. This is not because he was angry against the owners of the outsourcing of of the trees much of the company. It was not because people do not like the new batch management. And certainly not because it has unable to save a huge 10% in a tree!

I decided to take my business elsewhere from now, because after 7 years buy loyalty of the same company, I feel valued, I feel your indifference to me. I can not help thinking that if it's worth Keep in touch with me, No matter whether or not to buy - not. I'll buy from someone else.
