IPod Classic Review

First impressions

Packaging says it all. IPod classic Sustainable Table, with its tight-fitting lid, and clean, inside densely populated, which means that it is a product you can completely trust. Remove iPod classic and you can feel and see that you have a player carefully constructed, well balanced digital media.

Features

The feature of the iPod classic that stands out is the storage capacity: 120 GB. This is a disappointing reduction of 40 GB of previous high-end model, but still 40 Go to be more standard than the previous version. So clearly, Apple has found a compromise.

This is not to suggest that the iPod classic is a compact, unit high storage capacity. Now, you can use Genius, then album, artist or browsing in the latest model, and a host of other features.

Genius is particularly welcome, because chances are if you've opted for an iPod classic, you have - or intend to have - a large music collection. Genius allows you to maximize the opportunities to hear a collection can offer. When you play a song, for example, and you feel that suits your mood and want to hear other tracks like, activate Genius on iPod classic. Engineering research through your collection and creates a list of songs that go well with the one you are currently listening. Browse Album is a very handy feature if you listen to your songs in random order, but occasionally enjoy a much more of the same. View Album use in these circumstances, and quickly switch to shuffle mode to hear the rest of the songs on the album proper. Browse artist offers a feature similar, except that you can listen instead of all the songs available in the particular artist.

Technology

IPod classic uses a 1.8-inch HDD Unlike flash memory Storage Shuffle, nano, and touch. The use of a hard drive gives you the storage capacity than conventional, but the presence of training rotation of a disk drive can leave your iPod classic for having a feature like the nano Shake to shuffle.

The two ½-inch screen LCD color LED backlighting and a 320 x 240 pixels to 163 pixels per inch. The result is an excellent image clarity.

Built-in video support for iPod classic is vast. Among other things, this means that you can get a case AV cable, and watch videos, films and television television.

Audio support is equally comprehensive, and includes MP3 and AAC (16 to 320 Kbps), MP3 VBR, Audible (formats 2, 3 and 4), WAV, AIFF and Apple Lossless.

Connecting your team is, of course, USB. However, you can also charge your iPod via FireWire classic. This is useful if you have any devices that charge iPods using a FireWire connection.

Performance

The audio quality delivered by the iPod classic while the entire audio spectrum is always good. This applies if you hear a soft classical piano piece, or a full throttle rock. Similarly, no sound distortion with sudden bursts of dramatic music which can accompany the hit movie you see.

The classical view gives precisely centered text, including song lyrics a source of no-nonsense. Color reproduction is excellent videos, fun and surprising for someone accustomed to the dimensions and specifications television today.

Supporting the livability of 120 GB iPod classic is a lithium-ion batteries. This of 36 consecutive hours of music playback and six hours of video. Once you use it all, spend two hours to reach 80% load, and two others to restore the battery power completely. One reason for the load of 4:36 (1:9) is very good, and the iPod touch is the top of the range iPod.

Conclusion

The "Classic" label is this robust, reliable and powerful iPod. Because the technology of nano and Touch, Classic and can not be the leader of the pack, but thanks to its huge storage capacity, iPod classic is likely to remain popular for many years.
